You can personally pick up the products purchased on this site at our office in District IV!
Thank you for your understanding.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that he/she has read the terms and conditions of delivery and that he/she applies the parts that apply to him/her!

Service description:
- : Our company delivers the ordered products with GLS Hungary Kft. and UPS Hungary.
Baseballsapka.hu is not liable for any damages or delays caused by incorrect addressing!
1.3 : Personal pickup at our office :
The finished products can be collected in person at 1047, Perényi Zsigmond u.10 2.em in our office, the pick-up time must be agreed.
1.4 : Home delivery (Monday-Friday) Update : 25.06.14 :
Home delivery :
Delivery time of personalized and products after product preparation : ~2-3 working days.
The basic service includes :
- Delivery to the specified address.
- Delivery between 8:00-18:00.
- Electronic tracking.
- Notification of dispatch (e-mail or SMS).
- Free second and third delivery attempts in case of unsuccessful delivery.
- Package insurance.(See Complaints.)
Home delivery within Hungary according to price bands :
Unit price : 1450.-Ft
In the event of a failed delivery, the courier will leave a notice at the address.
The parcel identification number on the notification allows you to tailor the delivery of your parcel to your specific needs after the delivery attempt.
If this happens on the day of notification, you can collect your parcel the next day.

Complaints :
Check the packaging and contents of the package(s) upon receipt!
Check the parcels on receipt, if any damage is found (contents of the parcel damaged, broken...etc.), a report must be made on the spot with the courier and the parcel refused.
Baseballsapka.hu is not liable for any damages resulting from shipping!
Possible damage must be documented by the buyer or the buyer's authorised representative and sent to the hello(at)Baseballsapka.hu by email to.
We cannot validate undocumented complaints!

Documents needed to settle the claim :
Photo of the damage.
A report issued by the courier/point of collection agent.
Description of the incident.
3.2 : Damage settlement :
Baseballsapka.hu will do its best to ensure that no damage occurs!
In the event of a claim Baseballsapka.hu will do its utmost to facilitate and settle the claim as soon as possible.
Damage settlement is conditional on the existence and forwarding to Baseballsapka.hu of the documentation recorded during the damage event.
Important! :
Incoming claims must be reported immediately to both the courier service and our customer service.
The operator of www.baseballsapka.hu reserves the right to change the terms of delivery.
