The embroidery process

All graphics need to be digitised into a "language" that our embroidery machine will recognise and be able to produce the embroidery.Correct digitisation is essential to produce a quality product, ensuring not only the right look but also durability.

 

We will be happy to digitise your logo and send you a sample / visual design for approval before we produce the full quantity.
We can then embroider a sample for you to pick up, send by courier or even send you a photo by e-mail. Once we have received your final approval, we will produce the caps within a few days.
The whole process should take about 2 weeks, but in urgent cases we can do it sooner depending on our workload.

Depending on the complexity of your artwork, the one-off digitisation fee can be up to :

This may seem like a big expense, but it is a very complex process that takes time and requires special skills.

How can you keep the cost of digitisation low ? 

If you order a larger quantity of caps, this amount will be deducted from the products.
For smaller quantities, the appropriate graphic file is the solution. A vector image/logo is much smoother and more accurate.
Each pattern is different so no two embroidery jobs are the same, so we will quote you a unique price for each one to make your hats in the most cost-effective way.

Embroidery Prices :

5000 stitches with one colour from 600.-Ft /db.
The above prices are indicative only, embroidery prices may vary depending on the requirements, the number of colours and the complexity of the graphics.
Our 3D Embroidery service is only available for an extra charge, but usually costs +30%.
Emergency surcharge : +50%

Do we also embroider on hats we bring in ? :

Yes. min. From 15pcs you can also request embroidery on caps you have already brought.
Service fee : depending on the graphics and quantity, we will give you an individual quote!
