At Baseballsapka.hu our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
If something does not meet your expectations, we will give you the opportunity to return the product under the following conditions.

1. Return deadline

From the date of order You have 14 calendar daysto let us know if you want to return the product.

2. Return conditions

Return is only possible if:
The product original, undamaged condition van.
The cap unworn, unwashed and without damage.
The original labels, packaging have them.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take back caps with a unique pattern, name or customized design!

3. How can you return the product?

  1. Send us an email a [hello(at)baseballsapka.hu] and enter your order ID.
  2. Choose to exchange or refund you want.
  3. Pack the product carefully and return it to the address below:

  4. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer (unless you have received a faulty product).

4. Refund procedure

After receipt of the returned product within 5 working days check its condition.
Refunds will be made to the original method of payment within 14 days at the latest.
If Exchange we will send you the new product as soon as possible.

5. Defective or damaged products

If the product arrived damaged or faulty, please, contact us immediately! In this case, we will pay the return shipping costs.
